What's collected

• Account info: username, email, display name, and a securely hashed password (never plain text).
• Conversations: your chat messages and the AI's responses, so history can be shown back to you.
• Uploaded documents: files an admin/editor adds to the knowledge base, and their extracted text.
• Usage stats: rough counts of API calls, for cost tracking and abuse prevention — not the content of every request.

Third parties involved in processing your messages

• Your message content is sent to whichever AI provider(s) are configured (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI, or others an admin has added) to generate a response.
• When you enable "live web search," your question is also sent to Serper.dev to retrieve search results.

Data retention

This installation currently keeps conversation history indefinitely (no automatic deletion is configured).

Data location

Informational label set by this installation's admin: not-configured. This does not itself move data — it's a disclosure of where the operator has indicated data is hosted.

Your rights

You can request a full export of your data, or request deletion ("right to be forgotten") at any time from My Account. Deletion anonymizes your account and permanently removes your conversation history.

Cookies

This app uses one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
